This impressive home spans 3,000 square feet across three stories, thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 18 guests with ease. You'll find 7 well-appointed bedrooms and 4 full, 2 half bathrooms, ensuring ample space and privacy for everyone. Sleeping arrangements include a king-sized bed in the master suite, six comfortable queen beds, and four twin beds. All bedrooms feature top-of-the-line mattresses and stylish furniture, promising restful nights after days spent by the sea.



The Space:

Top Floor

The top level features four inviting queen bedrooms, each offering its own unique comfort:

Bedroom 1: Queen bed with an ocean-facing window, a bathtub/shower combination, single vanity, walk-in closet, and Fire Stick TV.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway, with a private shower, single vanity, medium closet, and Fire Stick TV.

Bedroom 3: Queen bedroom with a medium closet and Fire Stick TV, sharing a spacious bathroom with double vanities and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom 4: Queen bedroom with ocean-facing views, walk-in closet, Fire Stick TV, and shared access to the double-vanity bathroom with walk-in shower.

A full laundry room with a washer, dryer, and sink is conveniently located on this level.



Second Floor (Main Level)

The main level offers stunning waterway views and exceptional entertaining space:

Master Suite (Bedroom 5): A large king bedroom with two walk-in closets, his-and-hers vanities, an oversized open shower, two dressers, and direct access to a spacious balcony.

Dining Area: A circular dining room with seating for six.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with a large island and four barstools, full-size refrigerator, electric stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and blender—all Haden brand. The kitchen also features a deep sink with a glass-rinser attachment, half bath, and pantry.

Living Room: A bright and expansive space with wall-to-wall glass overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway, furnished with an L-shaped sofa, two oversized armchairs, a Fire Stick TV, and access to the balcony’s outdoor dining area.



Bottom Floor

The ground level is perfect for families, kids, or additional guest groups:

Bedroom 6: Queen bed plus a bunk bed with two twin mattresses.

Bedroom 7 / Flex Suite: Includes a queen-size pullout sofa, bunk bed with two twin mattresses, a large Fire Stick TV, and a full wet bar area with a secondary refrigerator—ideal for poolside refreshments.

This level also provides easy access to the pool deck, outdoor shower, and comfortable outdoor seating.

We've equipped The Pointe of No Return with everything you need for a hassle-free vacation. You'll find fresh linens, bath towels, and beach towels ready for your arrival. For your beach days, we provide beach chairs, umbrellas, and essential beach gear. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and dinnerware, and with two refrigerators, there's plenty of space for groceries. A convenient elevator provides easy access to all three levels of the home.



Private & Community Features

Step outside to discover your private outdoor space. The turf backyard is a great area for outdoor activities, centered around a private pool perfect for cooling off. An outdoor shower is available for rinsing off after the beach, and an outdoor grill is set up for easy barbecues.

The home is located within a private, gated community, offering exclusive amenities for guests. These include a relaxing hammock garden, a volleyball court, and cornhole. The beautiful Ocean Isle Beach is just a short walk away, making beach access incredibly convenient. From the back porches, you can enjoy lovely sunset views over the Intracoastal Waterway, providing a serene backdrop for evening relaxation.
