    Situé au coin de East 2nd Street et Concord, ce chalet de plage a non seulement une vue sur l'océan depuis le porche couvert avant, mais aussi une vue magnifique sur le canal depuis le porche arrière couvert. Ce qui le rend encore mieux, c'est que vous n'êtes qu'à quelques minutes à pied de la plage (accès public sur Concord), ainsi qu'à quelques minutes à pied du centre-ville d'Ocean Isle Beach pour faire du shopping, des restaurants, un mini-golf, un quai de pêche, ainsi que toute autre activité saisonnière de l'OIB. Pour les propriétaires de bateaux, le doc canal privé offre un accès direct à l'ICW.

    La cuisine a tous les nouveaux appareils - réfrigérateur, four, micro-ondes et lave-vaisselle. Nous avons même une nouvelle laveuse / sécheuse!

    10 personnes et plus: King (up), King (up), double (up), double (up), Queen (entrée bas-extérieur), Queen Bunks (entrée bas-extérieur). 3 salles de bain complètes - deux en haut et une en bas. Un grand espace de vie ouvert dans la maison avec des sièges confortables. Porches avant et arrière. Comprend WiFi gratuit et télévision par câble.

Home was lovely. Kitchen gave us everything that was needed. Pool and corn hole and dock were great for grandkids. And very short easy walk to beach. I understood linens were not included nor beach towels or toys but misunderstood bath towels were not provided either. It was fine though same day Amazon delivery worked. The surface was clean but we lost some keys and we found much dust and trash in the areas lost keys may be. Great stay!

Our family of 9 loved everything about this beach house. It was tastefully and beautifully decorated, so close to the beach, pool, modern kitchen equipped for all our needs. Perfect location for gorgeous sunsets. We rented a golf cart for the week to travel only blocks for shopping, ice cream cravings and some fun outdoor activities for the family to enjoy. The only thing that could have been missing was an elevator for unloading groceries. Other than that, we were very comfortable and pleased. Brad was very helpful with our stay. Perfect vacation June 2026!

Had a great time at OIB. Hadn't been there in over 35 years. The home was perfect. Outside shower to wash off from the beach. Pool was great. Would definitely go back.

The house is in a fantastic location, one block away from a ramp beach access, which is fantastic. The pool is a wonderful addition to allow for relaxing afternoon after going to the beach. The house has recently been updated and is very accommodating and comfortable.

This was a great property for our group of 9. We loved the proximity to the Concord St Beach access as well as the pool. Kitchen was very well appointed and we cooked all our meals for the week.

Amazing home

Location, amenities, private pool … this house is amazing. It was our first time to OIB but not our last and we want to stay here again! the bedrooms were great for our blended families and the bathrooms each had a walk in shower - very nice!

Location is great

Multi generation family all found something to love about this house. Beach time, pool time, dock time and rest time. Everything we needed for the week was there. Bring your own beach gear or rent from a local business. Fish and crab on the dock. We will return.

Excellent property and location!

We had a great time at Brad’s place. The location is excellent and it was great to have a pool available when we got tired of being sandy in the afternoons. They did a nice remodel to this house. Brad was very responsive and helpful to all our inquiries as well.

Great location

Great boat access and quick walk to the beach. We loved having the pool too. The owner was easy to communicate with and was quick to respond. Unfortunately, the one of the beds broke but they came to replace that evening with all new furniture.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time at OIB. We had a small issue with the code on the door but Brad was great at adjusting and helping us problem solve. Having the pool was a great break from the sand and beach and the house was big and roomy for all of us!

Family vacation

We had a wonderful time at Brad’s place. It’s beautifully decorated, had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The beach is a very short walk & the pool was nice to cool off in after a fun day at the beach. We loved sitting in the rockers every morning. This was our first time to Ocean Isle, we loved it and will definitely be back. Thanks Robin

Another great week in OIB

This was our second summer staying at this beach house. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. We love the close proximity to the beach, the pool and the layout of the home. We didn’t need to message the property owner for anything during our stay. We loved the new rockers on the front porch this year. Looking forward to staying here again in the future!

Our grandchildren ages 6 months to eleven loved this property. Both the pool and the dock for fishing were winners! Overall great location but road noise was an issue for our downstairs family. While the downstairs was clean, the rooms are very dark and small. No dressers for clothing. I almost felt bad for the family that ended up downstairs because it wasn’t the same standard as the upstairs. The kitchen is VERY well stocked with all the cooking and eating necessities you will need.

Location Location

This house is in a great location and the pool was a great place to hang out with our extended family members. We have stayed here before and the house has been updated over the years. The only reason we would be unlikely to stay here again is the musty air in the downstairs bedrooms. Despite using the ductless air and dehumidifier consistently, there is still dampness in the air. I would also recommend providing cheap beach chairs for the season for convenience of the guests. Otherwise the house is fantastic and close to everything.

Perfect family vacation

My family loves to vacation in OIB and this was our first year at this property. We absolutely loved the location - it’s a corner lot on the canal so you don’t have neighbors right on top of you and there is a public beach access one block away. The smaller sized pool and fenced in yard were perfect for our small children. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. It was also kid-friendly which was a huge plus! We loved the front and back porches for morning and evening relaxing. It was very easy to communicate with the owner, although we didn’t really need anything. We usually like to try a new beach house every summer but we enjoyed our stay here so much, we already booked it for next year!
