« Great location and amenities. Unfortunately there is no insulation between floors and there was a very loud group above us one of the nights and it was quite disturbing. I don’t think it was a party, but they were speaking very loudly. I did notify management but honestly I don’t think the group was having a party, it’s just that the lack of insulation is problematic. Be aware that one of the bedrooms does not have a full wall so noises from the living area can be clearly heard in that bedroom. ...

« The apartment was nice and well equipped. The location was convenient. Two things keep this from being a 5-star review. First, there is only one key fob provided to enter the build, elevator, and apartment. This makes it difficult for a group who wants to divide up to come and go. If your party wants to do different things, you will have to plan around the single fob. Second, the smoke detector in the adjacent unit chirped every 60 seconds the duration of our stay. « I had no issues at all, they were in constant contact if i needed anything. The area was really nice and relaxing. Everything was 10 minutes or less drive. Truly a primed rental, would definitely go back »
