« We really enjoyed our stay at Phinneywood Basement Hideaway. We slept very well. The property was easy to access and the rental was well equipped with kitchen items for cooking at home, and had plenty of bathroom accessories (towels & toilet paper). It was well lit at night and best of all, it was very affordable for our six-day stay. We hope to be back! »

« This is a gem of a place in Phinney Ridge. House is thoughtfully stocked with items you might need. The area is quiet and easy walking distance to restaurants, a couple of vintage shops, great coffee, and a there is a wonderful gelato place right on the corner. Hosts are very communicative and check in instructions as well as wifi info etc are very well summarized in a nice check in packet emailed day of. « The space was perfect for spending time together, around the table and in the living room. It's sunny and very clean, with a handy downstairs half-bath. The kitchen has plenty of space for storing food and cooking. The outside is pretty, especially the holly trees. « We had a great time staying at this VRBO in Seattle. The apartment was very clean, and it had a great layout for the five of us. We were able to put the kids in one room with their own double beds, my father-in-law had his own room with en-suite bath, and my husband and I had our own room as well.
