« The desk staff were great. Our room was not ready and we had to wait a little over an hour which made it very rushed to get to our evening event. The room was not cleaned on day two, and when we asked for additional coffee for morning, it was provided but no offers of anything else we might have needed. Day three our room was not cleaned again, although a crew came at 9pm to clean. We said no thank you. A bit late. The room was pleasant and while we can live without clean towels everyday...
