'The pullout bed required sleeping in the reverse direction to avoid blood rushing to our heads while we slept. We didn't have enough towels or pillows for the amount of people in our room. Overall a decent stay, the pool was good for the kiddos.'

'Sadly, we had some issues with our stay. The room was very nice, but the staff was often not available at the front desk and lots of facilities were not available. The pool was being renovated. The fitness room was very limited (only 2 machines). The laundry services had been broken for multiple weeks and had not been fixed. Additionally, the surrounding area was not nice. 'Why such a low rating? After a long day at the park, we arrived to check in after 4 p.m. An older woman was at the front desk. She checked us in and, after paying, told us the room wasn't ready and we had to come back in an hour. When we asked if we could leave our luggage in the room, she refused. When we returned after more than two hours, the room was barely cleaned. Otherwise, it was fine.'

'Our stay at this hotel was a wonderful treat! The recent remodel has created updated rooms with beautiful colors and decor. The breakfast in the morning was excellent: quiche, baked oatmeal, yogurt with fresh fruit and more. We would definitely return.'
