'Amazing staff, clean rooms, and an overall excellent experience! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making my stay comfortable and stress-free. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed. I had no issues during my stay, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!'

'The property was really clean and staff was very helpful.'

'I had an excellent experience staying at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, everything was great. The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the entire hotel had a great atmosphere. You can tell they care about making sure their guests have a positive experience. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service and a comfortable place to stay. I would happily come back again!'

'There is no free Wi-Fi for overnight guest although keycard envelope says free Wi-Fi. The room smelled because of no air in the room circulating. Bed was terrible, mattress was wrapped/ lined with plastic making sleeping hard and every move created loud noise to the point of waking up your partner. Parking was good and well lit. Towels were only 2 bath towels but no hand towels or washcloths. Only 2 small flat pillows to sleep with. We will not stay there again.'

'I really enjoyed my stay at TownPlace Suites in Austin over the weekend. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The entire property was very well maintained and my room was quiet, clean, comfortable and smelled nice. I rested very well before making the trip home the next morning. I'll be staying here again and would encourage others to try it out.'

'sketchy. had to leave due to a safety concern regarding another occupant.'

'This property is amazing and I can’t recommend it enough. The host was very kind and attentive to our family and he honestly made the stay a great experience. It was a perfect place for family and fur babies and the location was so peaceful and away from the city. It was pricey but Austin is pricey. But that being said the house itself and the host were great! '
