'The Intercontinental Hotel Auckland is great. It is clean, well-maintained, with friendly helpful staff, and many amenities. I’ve stayed here in the past and most recently with my two sons. 'Loved our stay here! Awesome location in Auckland city and a short walk to amazing coffee shops and restaurants. The harbor is barely a ten minute walk away! The staff are really great too. 'Room carpet needs cleaning to maintain the high standard of the hotel. From our room, the bathtub needs fixing especially when draining out the water. Cusions in our bedroom looks like it needs a good wash already. We paid a full breakfast buffet and it didn’t meet our expections from our previous Sofitel hotel breakfast buffet in other country.
