'I recently stayed at Pullman for multiple days and was deeply disappointed with the overall hospitality and service, which fell far short of my expectations for a high-end establishment. - The Room Views: The view from my room was utterly dismal, facing a noisy and unsightly construction site. - Breakfast: The breakfast buffet was meager and unappetizing. Many items appeared stale or unfresh. Furthermore, buffet plates were not replenished regularly, and the coffee machines malfunctioned...

'This was a perfect place for us to stay in Auckland. The room was beautifully furnished and the bed was very comfortable. We got a very restful sleep. We had dinner at the Sky Tower, which is close enough to walk, but also near bus stops in case you would rather ride. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is right next to a Wooly's, so you can stop in and pick up a light breakfast or shack. '
