'I arrived late due to delays and cancellations flying on American Airlines, the front desk lady was a sweetheart. Very fast check in, and she reminded me to sign up for the shuttle back to airport following morning. Room was clean and comfortable. I will stay again.'

I was caught up in the weather cancellations in Dallas and when the last flight of the night was cancelled I booked 3 rooms for me and my coworkers. However we found another flight to a nearby city and drove to our destination. I contacted the hotel the next day and they refunded our rooms due to the circumstances even though the reservations we non refundable. This was really appreciated.
