'At the heart of Santa Fe'

'We were blown away by the size of the suite, which offered more than enough room to unpack, relax, and truly stretch out without ever feeling cramped. Every detail felt intentionally curated, especially the high-quality products provided—from the bath linens to the L’occitane boutique toiletries that made the bathroom feel like a private spa. Every appliance in the kitchen was in mint condition. The location is ideal to walk to restaurants, museums and shopping. Truly a jewel of a property that...

'Perfect location! Great amenities! Fabulous Casita! Amazing place for couples or a family'

'The sheets on one of the beds were used and not changed. There were swet and blood stains on the sheet. When I asked for a refund the employee couldn’t give me one. The manager didn’t pick up the phone when he called him. We had to come back tomorrow when the manager was there. No we can’t, we wouldn’t be in Santa Fe anymore. We had to come to the lobby yesterday and they would have given us another room. My husband was already sleeping and I was ready to go to bed. Should we pack up everything...

'Personeel zonder meer perfect ! Het ontbijt goed verzorgd, maar werd de tweede dag van ons verblijf bijna niet aangevuld (bvb. boterhammen om te toasten : 2 per keer na het te vragen). Voldoende parkeerruimte. Schone kamer. Spijtig genoeg geen kleine(re) lampen aan de nachttafels. De voegen van het bad in de badkamer oogden zeer goedkoop en zeer vlug aangebracht : niet zeer netjes ...'

'clean room,,,friendly staff'

'This was our 2nd stay and we loved it as much as the first time. The property is lovely with a friendly staff and excellent location for walking to the shops, museums and restaurants around the plaza area. It is also great to have staff come up and light a fire in the fireplace when you wish. We love staying here.'
