'De kamer was perfect. Het was wel een lange afstand naar de kamer wat onhandig was met de koffers. De gangen waren namelijk met vloerbedekking en we moesten verschillende deuren door. Het was een stille kamer. We hadden geen last van herrie. Het zwembad was prima. De kinderen hebben het de hele dag naar hun zin gehad. De andere activiteiten in het hotel moeten betaald worden. 'Voor een Hilton hotel is dit hotel heel slecht en vies. Kouwgum op de vloer uitgesmeerd. Vliegen bij aankomst in de kamer. Het stonk in de kamer. Vies douche gordijn het bad. Onvriendelijk personeel. Veel faciliteiten in het hotel waren dicht. Wij komen hier niet meer terug!! '

'I like the hotel and the neighbourhood is really nice. The good: the bed and the room in general, and also the staff is very welcoming. The bad: we had a huge room even with a kitchen but the shower was really tiny. Also we were very disappointed that the speakeasy / cocktailbar they use in almost all their marketing messages was closed for both nights of our stay. We were very much looking forward also to that part of our stay. Would have been great if they had informed us beforehand. '

'Another visit to this beautiful property in downtown Albuquerque close to all the action. We were in town for the Balloon Fiesta so there was a lot going on, but sleeping in the comfortable bed and the cozy room definitely helped us rest and recharge. We loved the drinks at the DWTNR Cocktail Bar & Lounge and were pleasantly surprised with the Farmer's Market right outside the front doors on Saturday morning. The staff was friendly and super helpful and we can't wait to stay here again. '
