« A warm welcome with a complimentary sake tasting for New Year’s morning. Very beautiful, modern, and clean. The only small drawback: there are only two small elevators to reach the reception. When a tour bus arrives, with only three people per elevator including luggage, it can take quite a long time to reach your floor. »

« Worst hotel night ever. The only reason why people should book this hotel is because they have one of the most beautiful onsen in Japan, just on the side of the river. That night, the Typhoon Jebi had just passed over the hotel and when we arrived, there was not power or water anymore. "Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour de 2 nuits dans ce ryokan. La chambre Ă©tait trĂšs confortable et le onsen etait trĂšs bien. Le personnel a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs accueillant et au petit soin pour nous conseiller des restaurants ou s'occuper de l'envoi de nos bagages. Le petit-dĂ©jeuner japonais Ă©tait excellent et diffĂ©rent chaque jour. L'hotel prĂȘte de trĂšs beaux yukatas le temps du sĂ©jour."
