« This hotel made our trip to Duluth Minnesota exceptional! The service was amazing, the staff was extremely helpful and very friendly! The breakfast that is included was delicious and had so many options. It was very kid friendly. With the pool and at night they have s’mores kits complementary to enjoy making s’mores outside by the lake. Also to my three-year-old needed some milk and they went to the kitchen and got milk so he could have that to go to bed. Again the staff went above and beyond...

« We love the location and atmosphere of the Radisson and have lots of great family memories there. We found the front desk staff friendly and helpful and had the best view of the harbor ever.
Our only disappointment was the 360 restaurant. The menu was limited, the service was slow and the food seemed like it was prepared elsewhere, frozen, and heated up for our dinner. »
« The service at the Grill was utterly chaotic, with items delivered out of order or not at all until servers (there were several, and it was never clear whether anyone was in charge) were reminded. The food at the Grill was unremarkable at best.

« We appreciated the shuttle and outdoor amenities. The hotel is also dog friendly and there were many well behaved dogs that stayed. Staff were friendly. We would stay here again! »
