'We had been looking forward to our trip to Madeira, which we had prepared very carefully. It was our intention to travel to Madeira from 7/4/2020 - 18/4/2020. Daniel Oliveira and his son Igor always answered our questions and were always easy to reach! In our opinion, their house is well located. Close to Funchal and yet a bit higher and quieter, above the bustle of the city.... We were unlucky that before our departure a state of emergency was declared in portugal because of the worldwide...

'The property overlooks a stunning small botanical garden with a cafe near the centre of old Funchal. There is one double bedroom with view of this and a lounge with a fold out double bed and small adjoining kitchen. Great location to explore the island from or just hang out in the heart of Funchal in the evening.'
