'Property was great and as described. Small, but clean and comfortable for the two of us. Great location for Keuka and Seneca lake trips. We had a small issue with a terrible storm and the air conditioner and the manager as well as owner made sure everything was taken care of. Would definitely stay again. '

'You should improve the lighting of the backyard and the curtain of the longer bathrooms. We find it very cozy and spacious, in a very accessible area. If I come back, it would be our first choice, again.'

'Lots of rooms with lots of beds. Fit the whole family very comfortably. Walmart was a few minutes drive and bought stuff for bfast. Walking distance to Niagara Falls and Canada (~10 minutes easy pace walk with the whole family). Overall, the property was comfortable, great price, SAFE, great location. Got my passkey in a timely manner. '

'Everything was incredibly clean, the rooms were spacious, well appointed, and very comfortable, and we really felt like we were at home. The back patio and man cave were special treats and wonderful places to relax. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, and it was nice to interact with neighbors who are friendly.
