'This was one of the most confusing stays I have ever had, firstly communication from the park was great at first and then more and more and more.. the contact loves a good information flood on WhatsApp

'FLC Luxury Resort Vinh Phuc is an absolutely fantastic hotel magically beautiful, modern, and very well-maintained. The surroundings are peaceful and green with stunning nature all around. The rooms are spacious and elegant, offering great comfort. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, making you feel truly well cared for. The pool, spa area, and other facilities are of very high standard. A place that offers both relaxation and luxury an experience I can warmly recommend'

'For a cheap style hotel located on the far outskirts of Hanoi it was surprisingly good. The rooms are large, air-conditioned and have two big double beds (hard matresses) and a small private bathroom (a bit run down but good hot water). Room even has a smart TV....but that's about it.
Located in a very quiet street but very limited food options, especially after dark. We used it as a stop over from Cat Ba to SaPa which was ideal. Much better than the over populated and way too busy Hanoi Old...
