Hôtel Ngoc Quang, Xuân Hoa

« This was one of the most confusing stays I have ever had, firstly communication from the park was great at first and then more and more and more.. the contact loves a good information flood on WhatsApp So I thought I had all the information I could need, but quickly realised I actually knew nothing. Google does not tell you much about the resort apart from poor reviews on restaurants, but I could not find a mart, shops, anything really? There is no information about the resort available, I...

« I will say- I would recommend staying in the main hotel. However, I was first booked in a villa, and requested to change rooms. The villa was a beautiful 2 story condo-style, with a sitting area and kitchen. However, the main bedroom, which overlooks the water, did not have functioning AC. In the functioning AC room, the bathroom was overrun with drain flies. And unfortunately, staff decided to start garden maintenance outside the villa at 630am. The hotel staff was very accommodating to...

« The staff was kind and courteous and the hotel was very clean and well maintained. However its location was in the middle of nowhere and we were unable to see tourist attractions because of the distance. »

« Belle endroit confortable mais éloigner »

« Good environment and recreational hotel with activities: archery, boating, fishing, swimming etc. Karaoke is a bit noisy. There is no shop or restaurant nearby, cannot call grab, you can only eat in hotel, price and taste is ok. Staff is helpful. »

« Le problème n'est ni le cadre ni la qualité des prestations, impeccables pour les environs de Hanoi, mais que cela ne correspond pas à ce que nous avions sur le site de réservation. Nous avons réservé pour deux adultes et deux enfants, mais la réservation n'a été enregistrée que pour deux adultes, d'où un supplément conséquent. Par ailleurs, les lodges annoncée à 72 M2, ne font qu'au maximum 40 M2 habitables, le reste étant la terrasse extérieure. »

« helpful stuff thank you for all your support! »

« Our stay was mostly good. Bed was comfy, room had decent heating. Overall nice vibe. Breakfast is limited to 6:30-8:30 am. However, water in the bathroom was quite cold, maybe around 22°C for showering. Slightly run down shower. »

« 親切なスタッフ »

« If owner can remodel the shower room, I would vote it 10/10 for everything! Room is spacious and great views. I love it. »

« Hébergement très propre, confortable et pratique à cinq minutes de l’aéroport. Le transfert gratuit à l’aéroport est même proposé. Très pratique lorsqu’on a un vol tôt le lendemain matin. »

« Perfect location for an early flight or a late arrival. It is 10/12 minutes walk from the Terminal by following the exit road (there is a sidewalk most of the time, then it requires crossing once arriving on the main road. There are many lanes but not so much traffic so it's doable). Room is very spacious and well-equipped. »

« 직원들이 친절해요 »

« Stayed here for my wedding. Staff were gracious, kind and very responsive. Loved this place! »

« Tout est parfait et efficace. Juste a côté denl aéroport »
