'The hotel was lovely! The grounds are beautiful, with fruit trees and flowers. There is a nice area around the hot tub to sit and relax and two swings if you have children. 'Peaceful setting, stunning 360 views, with lovely, welcoming and helpful staff. Food was delicious! The lamb was perfect. Relaxing professional massage. Horses were all well cared for. Had a hour trail ride with Antonio(?spelling) lots of fun and laughs. Definitely a place I’ll go back to. Oh and the dogs all well behaved and friendly.'

'Fantastic stay at La Basilica Quito. Great location with good security, very friendly owners and staff. English spoken. Very clean and nice rooms, comfortable beds and bathroom with all amenities. Some of the rooms are located in-house, which makes them a bit stuffy due to lack of ventilation, but this is minor. Right in the hart of Old Quito at 5 minutes walk from historic square with cathedral, museums, presidential palace, and also the National Basilica. '
