« I had booked a room via hotels.com for one night a few days in advance. As I called at around 6pm on the day of arrival to arrange the check in, I was informed that they were overbooked and could not provide us with the room that we had booked. The payment was, however, already made online and I have not yet received a refund or any information about the refund (4 days later). Me and my friend were effectively forced to book a room at another hotel last minute for almost three times the price as...

« A beautiful and warm hotel with all amenities you need. The on-site team were lovely and very helpful. We loved and would stay there again. Thank you guys! »

« Very friendly and helpfull people at reception. Very good quality of breakfast and bed. Well located in Frankschhoek, so that you can visit the village and its restaurants by foot and leave the car in the carpark »

« Really nice place with luxurious vegetation. We booked last minute and the owner wasn't expecting us but was really compliant about it »

« Parfait, jolie, très bon petit déjeuner, merci ! »

« Our hosts, Cindy and Charlie, were very kind and engaging. The room was clean and spacious, with a fantastic view of the bay. Breakfast was superb, with a great selection of anything that you could possibly want. We highly recommend this property for anyone staying in Gordon’s Bay. »
