Uber / lyft are best parking in downtown is in short supply and is quite much more than using ride share and you get droped at the door . We do have bus transit or public transpertation as well as taxis .

We allow pets with approval. We do have a size and weight limit.
The home has neighbors close by, so parties are not allowed.
Quiet hours are 11:00pm to 8:00am
