Since this home features four floors plus the rooftop, there are multiple flights of stairs.

We have put a great amount of effort and care into our home. We kindly ask you to follow these rules:
*Check-in time: 4 pm. Check-out time: 11 am
*No smoking or vaping inside the property
*No parties or unauthorized events
*Observe quiet hours (11 pm to 7 am)
*Maximum occupancy is 12 people
*No unregistered guests or visitors
*No pets allowed
*Parking is available in front of the front door, in front of the garage door (no blocking traffic), and along Felicia Street.
*Please report any damage or maintenance issues as soon as identified so we can fix them as soon as possible.
