WARNING! All of this is true and factual. They MAKE you take a VERY invasive picture and validation of who you are AFTER you've booked with VRBO. It is EXTRA and a requirement. If you don't want to do it, they won't refund your money. I stayed there, as I didn't want to be out more than 1,000. My issue isn't that you do it, it's that if they are taking your picture, what are they comparing it to? Who gets it after? If they are deleting it, how do I know? This VERY invasive privacy ask should be mentioned in the LISTING! After the fact doesn't do anything for you. After that, the bed was hard, the floors were creaky, the sink was rust stained, and the constant emptying of the dumpster next door at the wee early hours of the morning are not fun. I would NOT recommend, for the price they ask. Hotels don't ask for the pieces they ask for. Hotels are closer, cost about the same and have better amenities.

We will definitely be back to SoBro AvantStay on our next trip to Nashville. The location was perfect and allowed us to walk the majority of our trip to any popular destinations in downtown Nashville. The bed was super comfortable and the rest of the amenities in the property were just what we needed. The laundry and free parking were nice bonuses too. Great communication from the property manager as well made for a great experience.

Has everything you could want and a great location

We were very pleased with this property overall. The full size kitchen was well stocked with cookware, serving ware and utensils. Everything was clean, except the floor. Bring socks! The layout of the unit is good, with a separate bedroom. Plenty of storage throughout. This is a very good location for walking to the hot spots around downtown. And free parking! Our only complaints are the mattress was not comfortable and the bathroom door was tricky to close.

good location, secure building

The property was in a convenient location, secure building, unfortunately it was was VERY dirty. The bathroom door was broken from the wall, the towel bar was falling off the wall, there were burned out light bulbs above the bar, the main gathering area and the pull out sofa was pretty uncomfortable and the bathroom and floor were very dirty. I cleaned the floor myself just to help keep socks and bedding clean. Unfortunately the good did not out way the lack of cleanliness. Would not stay there again.

Nice stay

Nice stay. The place was clean and had everything we needed. It was a short walk to the Bridgestone arena and Broadway, and still walk-able to other parts of town as well when we didn't feel like getting an Uber. The bathroom door stuck and was hard to close, it required almost a slam to get it to close, which was inconvenient in the middle of the night when you had to pee and didn't want to wake anyone up, but I would still recommend this place based on the location and everything else about it.

The stay was great, nice having onsite parking, location was with in walking distance of what we wanted to do. One negative was the last two nights of our stay the apartment above us we’re making a lot of noise between 3-4AM, woke us both up.

Best Location at half the price of others

2nd trip to Nashville but our first trip staying this close to town. Was amazing. We parked our car in the condo parking lot and never had to drive anywhere. We enjoyed the walking as just about everything to do down town is 3 or 4 blocks. The condo was perfect for my wife and I. It had everything we needed for the long weekend. Can't wait to come back and bring more friends to stay at Sobro Black Swan

SOBRO Guest House Nashville TN

Overall our experience was good, we did notice that a few lightbulbs were burnt out, but nothing to discourage us. Overall room was clean. Easy to get a hold of property management via phone call and text throughout and prior to visit. Location was perfect close to Broadway but far enough away for quite when you need it. A few things I would request for next time: 1) an actual fitted sheet on the bed, luckily my wife packed one to bring with us, non fitted sheets just slide around while you sleep. 2) more then 2 wash clothes. Plenty of towels but only 2. Something to consider. 3) Please upgrade from bottom barrel TP, sandpaper is hard to use had to go to the store and get some good stuff. Room was stocked well other then this. Thank you for an enjoyable room to stay in.

Okay for the price

The pictures of this place looked great, my wife and I were excited to stay. When we entered we could tell this was not as nice as advertised. The craftsmanship was not good at all. The towel bar was ripped out of the wall but it appeared they just tried to hide that by not putting anything on it and lightly setting it in the hole instead of fixing it. The shower was not cleaned well and felt slimy. The bed sheets were so so as they only used a top sheet to cover the mattress so I was retucking it in all the time. The location was good, only a couple blocks from the main drag. For the price it was okay.

Nice place and super convenient location. Walk to Broadway! Only complaint is communications and instructions. Check-in instructions and wifi password emails were sent late. Instructions for door lock code were incomplete and did not explain how to lock the door when you left. No dishwasher soap, dish towels/rag or face tissues were provided.

The condo was indeed cute, convenient and reasonably priced. The unit is used hard and is showing the wear and tear. The master bed had no fitted sheet, a flat sheet was used in it’s place. Of course it didn’t fit the bed and kept popping off exposing the mattress! Eeeewwwww!!!!! Who wants that in a rental. Bathroom towels were basic white low end hotel quality, scratchy and at the end of their lifespan. Did I mention the trash service came to empty the trash dumpster at the restaurant next door at 2am on Monday morning. Trash dumpster was right outside the bedroom window. Keep looking would be my recommendation.
