Family Trip to Nashville

This property was great for our family gathering. The place is very clean and modern, and we especially loved having four bathrooms! It's an easy Uber ride into town, and we noticed there is also access to the bus line right across the street from Publix.

The place looks exactly like the pictures posted but perhaps a little smaller in real life, or at least in my opinion it seemed a bit smaller. The communication was very fast which I appreciate. The townhouse is located right next to a Starbucks and the grocery store is right behind it. In fact, you have to go through the grocery store parking lot to get to the 2 car garage. This made it so convenient to get what you need for the house but this convenience also made it noisy at night when the trucks come to deliver. There's also some kind of train nearby that you can't see but you hear periodically at night. So if you're a light sleeper, this place might not be for you. All in all, we had a good stay and everything is pretty close by and convenient. Whenever we drove somewhere it was about 15 minutes away including the airport and downtown Nashville.

Incredibly Comfortable and Great Location

Itay was incredibly helpful with recommendations and ensuring all my questions were answered in a timely manner. The home is just as described and pictured - very clean and comfortable for our group of 9 women. The ability to walk to the grocery store, coffee shops, bars, and more was really convenient and saved us from having to rent a car or Uber as much. Downtown was very easy to get to - about a $12 Uber ride. Highly recommend! Thank you for Itay!

Great property and location!

Overall very happy with the property. Would definitely stay there again. Pros: -Clean -Everyone has plenty of room to spread out and have their own space. -Great location -Highly recommend checking out the Pearl Diver across the street for a date night! -Plenty of supplies to get you started (dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, etc.) -Publix is very close and convenient Cons: -Listing states all bathrooms are private but the bathroom on the second floor is not en-suite. It is located right outside the bedroom. -The bedroom on the first floor does not have a TV and the bed was in the way of easily closing the door. -No dining room table but plenty of counter seating. -Kitchen cooking utensils are lacking (no measuring cup, large sauté pan, blender)

Our stay with Italy was the perfect location with local charm and close proximity to downtown! The property was beautiful and so well decorated. The host was super communicative and made our process seamless even when a few of us wanted to check in early! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful and roomy

This place was amazing, big enough for 2 families to stay comfortably and plenty of space to relax and 2 private balconies. Plenty of towels, kitchen supplies and bathroom supplies. Next to Starbucks and a grocery store plus a few restaurants (highly recommend the French place across the street). We would definately stay here again.

Great Space in East Nashville!!!

We stayed here for a long weekend getaway to celebrate my 40th birthday. The house was even better than described. Plenty of space for the 4 couples staying. Great restaurants within walking distance and a Publix for groceries. The location was very centralized and a quick 10-15 minute drive to The Gulch, 12 South, and Broadway. All 4 couples were impressed and talked about how we should stay again. We will for sure stay here the next time we visit Nashville!
