The open living room is set up for relaxing after a busy day, with a comfortable sofa, accent chairs, a TV, and bright natural light. It is an easy place to gather, make plans, or enjoy a quiet night at home.

The full kitchen features white cabinetry, black granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, a dishwasher, coffee maker, hot-water kettle, and island seating. Just beside it, the dedicated dining area creates a comfortable spot for shared meals and slow mornings.



🛏️ Bedrooms and bathrooms



Three inviting bedrooms provide three beds for your group, with a maximum occupancy of six guests. The home has 2.5 bathrooms, including a glass-enclosed walk-in shower and a shower/tub combination. Towels, a hair dryer, iron, and ironing board are provided.

Stay connected with Wi-Fi, keep up with laundry using the in-unit washer and dryer, and enjoy central heating and air conditioning throughout your stay. Dishwashing soap and laundry detergent are also provided.

The home includes a private attached garage plus driveway parking for up to two small cars. Street parking may also be available, subject to local signage.

Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire Unit 26 townhome, including the attached garage, rear patio and outdoor area, and all listed amenities throughout their stay. Self-check-in is available via keypad. For security, your unique entry code, arrival details, and parking instructions will be provided within 24 hours before check-in.

The home is a convenient base for lake recreation, Old Hickory Beach, local dining, Old Hickory Village, Opry Mills, the Grand Ole Opry, and Nashville attractions. Return to a more relaxed setting after concerts, downtown plans, or a day on the water.



Getting Around:

Driving or rideshare is recommended. Guests may use the private attached garage plus driveway parking for up to two small cars; street parking may also be available subject to local signage. Old Hickory Lake, Opry Mills, the Grand Ole Opry, Nashville International Airport, Downtown, and Broadway are most convenient to reach by car.

Interaction with Guests:

• This multi-level townhome includes interior stairs.

• Pet stays are permitted with a $125 fee per pet.

• Early check-in and late checkout may be available upon prior request and are subject to availability.

• Trash is collected Friday morning. Please roll the dumpster out Thursday night and return it after Friday pickup.

• The mailbox is not accessible. Please have mail or packages delivered directly to the door.
