Cute 2bdrm and 1.5 bath Log Cabin Duplex with a private backyard on a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood. With all the amenities to make you feel at home. Fully equipped kitchen, workspace, washer and dryer, free off street private parking, free wifi and Netflix. Just minutes to Percy Preist Lake and the dog park, only 15 minutes to downtown Nashville, 15 minutes to Mount Juliet and 5 minutes to Donelson.

Pets are allowed with pre-approval only. No Parties, Smoking outside only, No parking in the grass without permission and please don't litter.
Pets are NOT allowed on the furniture and NO pee pads are allowed in the house. Pets must go outside to the restroom and guest must clean up after your pet. Any feces outside that has not be cleaned up, if pee pads were used in the house, or any evidence that a pet was on the furniture will result in an additional cleaning fee of a minimum of $100 which will be deducted from the deposit. If you show up with an unauthorized pet, you could be asked to vacate the property and be charged double the pet fee.
If any smoking is done in the house there will be a $200 per day fine deducted from your deposit.
Do Not Move Furniture. This will result in a fine of $100 and any damages caused.

No locales and No unauthorized guests. You will be charged an additional $100 per person and asked to vacate.
The house does have 24/7 video and recording surveillance on the exterior of the property.
If you show up early for check-in, you will be charged the early check-in fee.
