Kellie was great! She was very accommodating with our schedule and even had the AC turned on and cooling the rental by the time we got there.The property was amazing. Having coffee out on the back deck and drinks and dinner in the evening was the highlight of our trip. Very quiet property. If visiting Nashville again, I would definitely stay here!

This property was in a wonderful location. So close to Nashville but quiet and peaceful with a beautiful lake view. The patio is wonderful and over looks the lake. The owners are so nice and communication was great. This property is an apartment over the garage and the owners rent this and the main house - which is connected by a sundeck but both sides have privacy. There are two bedrooms and then a living room with both a couch and a pull out sofa. It is so easy to rent a boat or kayak if you want. The owners are very helpful with sharing local favorites. We found a local farm that was amazing - Breeden’s orchard. Highly recommend! Family owned and just the sweetest people. This was a great location and I would rent again.

Different Than Pictured - Owner Was Responsive

This property is located on the Cumberland River. At this section of the property, the water is a river. There is no beach. There is no river access. There was a pier at the neighboring property, but did not appear to be ours. If it was available to us, that was never made clear by the owner. The property is connected to another rental property. The house in the other side is a distance of 20 feet, at best. This property is located in a dense neighborhood in which dated houses are located in small lots and are closely packed together. A peaceful cabin on a lake is a far cry from the realities of this property. Property did not seem extremely clean upon our arrival. Food bits were in the catch in the kitchen sink drain. Cobwebs with trapped insects covered the windows. Towel rack in the bathroom was loose and could not be shed to hang towels. Patio fan didn’t work. The pictures insinuate that access to a boat is included; it is not. Daily fee of 600 for use of a boat. Kellie was very responsive to us and provided clear instructions for use of the property. Additionally, she was responsive to me when our adjoining neighbors were being loud late at night. She promptly informed me that they don’t offer recycling, when I inquired about recycling facilities. Kellie charged me a pet fee because she determined that I brought a dog. I did not, and will plan to contest that with VRBO.

Well appointed, cute decor. Beautiful views from deck including sunsets. Good area for fishing, close to Nashville and activities . Quiet at night and friendly neighbors. Would highly recommend . Stairs to second floor.

We stayed 4 nights. It was clean. As others have mentioned, there are stairs to get up to this unit that sits above the detached garage next to the primary house. It is approximately 30 minutes to downtown Nashville. It does have covered parking (carport). It was sufficient for our needs.

Property had a beautiful lake view. Communication with Kelli was not even necessary because everything was explained perfectly and easily accessible. Neighborhood was very peaceful. It was exactly what we were looking for. Space was very comfortable and clean. We had an amazing time!

Nice quiet getaway close enough to Nashville

This had everything we needed to spend a few quiet days unplugged but also close enough to Nashville to go out. The deck is really large and the covered area was great when it was drizzling out. We didn't venture out on the lake but did enjoy the view

Quiet neighborhood. Beautiful house on the lake

The view on the lake is everything, my husband and I sat on the deck everyday. The house was clean, music style. Nicely decorated. It’s a very quiet neighborhood. It’s only 30 mns from downtown Nashville. We stayed there and drove to Downtown everyday.

Couples Getaway

We had a wonderful stay. The property was welcoming, clean and beautiful. We rented the boat for one day of our trip and spent a fabulous day on the lake. We appreciated the recommendation from the property owner to eat at Sam’s on the lake, the food was great. We hope to return in the future with our families for an extended stay.
