• Top-floor movie theater: A private, cozy screening room away from the noise.
• Getting-ready areas: Built-in makeup bar with Hollywood-style lights and full-length mirrors.
• Dining area: 'Taylor can't come to the phone right now' neon sign sets the scene.
• 4 bedrooms, 15 beds: Sleeps 12 across king, queen, double, and single setups.
• In-unit laundry: Washer and dryer so longer stays stay easy
The Space:
Nash Era turns four floors into a Taylor Swift-inspired escape, with themed touches from the neon signs to the photo corners tucked around the house. It is built for the group that wants to dance through the eras and still have a quiet corner to regroup before the next round.
The open kitchen and living area anchor the main level, with an island that seats the cooks under a 'FEARLESS' neon sign, and a dining area lit by a second sign reading 'Taylor can't come to the phone right now.' Four bedrooms plus a living room sleeper setup spread the group across 15 beds, so nobody is stuck on a couch unless they choose the rooftop view instead.
The rooftop is the standout: a hot tub with a skyline view, a bar area, string lights, and patio furniture for outdoor dining or a sunset toast. Downstairs, the Green Room adds a second gathering spot with ping pong, its own bar, a photo-op area, and a luxury lounge, and the top floor holds a private, cozy movie theater for a quieter night in.
