"The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The area is nearby dotonbori. The hotel is just a minute walk away. But the noisy area of dotonbori doesn't bother the hotel. Next time in Osaka, I will definitely be back here!"

"Newer hotel, definitely not a 5 star hotel in room, service and breakfast quality. Bathroom smaller than one in Holiday Inn Express. Although rooms were paid in advance at arrival a relative high amount of bail was asked for and the small amount of tourist tax had to be paid directly and could not be put on the bill at check out. The architect who designed the room should be sent back to school, what a bunch of unpractical errors. In my case 5 star expectations were not met but had my expectations be towards 3 star it would be ok."

"Excellent location (shopping areas, public transport), friendly staff, great view from the room (33rd floor). Interior hotel and room design is getting a bit outdated and could use a refresh, including the bathroom. Would still recommend because of the positive items of this review."
