'If there was a 10 star rating I could select I would. The hotel is beautiful right on the Nile. The Nubian architecture and ambiance is stunning. Karim and is whole team gave my wife and I one the best experiences we’ve ever had. From arranging taxis, boat rides as well as providing us with recommendations for Egyptologists They truly made us feel at home and like family. The chef came and introduced himself our first out of our four night stay. He accommodated our Vegetarian diets superbly....

'We had a wonderful stay at Kato Dool Wellness Resort! The staff were very kind and accommodating — they even allowed us to check out late because our flight was delayed, which we truly appreciated. The view from the top of the mountain is absolutely amazing, especially at sunrise overlooking the Nile river. Since the resort is located uphill, we had to take a tuktuk to go up and down to the village. The ride can be a bit bumpy and dusty, which some people might not enjoy, but it didn’t bother...

'Eminente plaats om wat langer te blijven, gasten worden omgeven met zorg en comfort. Heel plezierig gelegen op eilandje in de Nijl, net buiten het hete en overdrukke Aswan. Tocht met pontje is al feest. Reusachtig zwembad, omgeven door groen. Vlak naast Nubisch dorpje, ideaal voor pittoreske avondwandeling. Uitbundig ontbijt. Schitterend uitzicht over de Nijl en omgeving vanuit de hoge toren, waar ook bar en high-tea kunnen worden genoten.'

'This place is a real gem! The location is very beautiful opposite of the temple. The personnel is also very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is superb! And also lunch and dinner is very good. They have their own veggie garden en also there is a small beach with recliners and towels. From there you can have a swim in the Nile! Altogether a really relaxed and beautiful option when you want to be at a special location in Aswan. '
