'Not the same Conrad. Probably the worst of all Conrads I have stayed at. And we gave stayed here numerous times. The front desk was not welcoming, took our credit card and gave our room keys. Period. No instruction on the elevator, no information given. The room was nice and clean. The toilet cubicle smelled like it was not cleaned. 'Our stay was wonderful, everything is so close that we wanted to see, the gym is 10/10, and the restaurant was wonderful, complements to the chef. The coffee shop was also delicious, I’d give it 4/5 stars. We had a small problem with our room, the front desk handled it well and made sure we were good. Valet parking was nice, it’s a consistent rate no matter if you get your car out 1 time or 100 times. $70/night was extreme but worth it to keep our vehicle safe (the parking garage is just for...

'Tegenover het Witte Huis ligt dit hotel. Tikkeltje ouderwets maar de service is fantastisch. Kamers zijn goed uitgerust met allee technische faciliteiten. Kamer zijn wel klein evenals de badkamer De inrichting is klassiek. Goede amenities in de badkamer van Etro. Maar zoals de taxichauffeur zei: De Hay Adams is meer voor regeringspersonen, overheid, De Four Seasons voor de creatievelingen.......'

'This hotel was one of my favorites when it was still the mandarin oriental. It just doesn’t have that same class and grace anymore. The staff are not well trained and everything takes an excessively long time. The food in the lounge was terrible. The cocktails were the same as a pub and lacked craft. Turn down service was completely skipped for me, so I had to call to get additional water and coffee pods. The tv’s do not have chromecast or app capabilities, leaving you with basic cable options....
