'My friend and I had a wonderful time taking over the quadruple room with the private outdoor hammock. Breakfast was delicious and the servers are great and took care of us. Front desk were all a delight and so helpful especially the woman during the day. We walked all o er town from the hotel and never had any problems. Very clean and comfortable beds and pillows. Would stay again!'

'I had a wonderful stay! The staff was so kind and friendly. The room was comfortable and quiet. The terrace was gorgeous. A great place to have coffee in the morning and do a little reading. Location was also perfect. Everything I wanted to do was a quick 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. '

'The hotel is wonderful, however what is equally as wonderful if not more is the staff. They are so kind and attentive to each guest and a great resource for anything that you might need. All the small little things make this a place to remember, the small studio space to read a book, draw or relax, the roof top patio with the circular staircase that is illuminated by candlelight, the DIY French press coffee bar, the filtered water that is located on the courtyard to fill your water bottle...

"I paid for a room with 2 double beds, but received a room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. When I told this to the reception they first did not want to help me at all, only after a discussion they told me they would change the room the next day. I did not receive any refund or apology for getting a 3 person room while paying for a 4 person room. Furthermore, the view from the windows of the room was a wall.. No sunlight entered the room. Very very bad customer service. Some staff were very friendly, but a few receptionists ruined it with their bad attitude."
