'The stay was for 1 night. The olace is nice and the staff is friendly. The property needs to be renuated and also the removes need to have mosquito repelents as too muxh of mosquitoes in the room. Stay is fine. Just need these few improvements.'

'My Dad and I booked a once in a life time trip to India, once we arrived at the apartment at 1am there was no one there to check us in. Before travelling I was advised to contact the care taker who would let us in, i called and called (as well as reception) and no one answered Leading to us having to check in to an alternative hotel for the night. I am still fighting for a refund for the first night... I wouldnt call the apartments serviced, as it would only 'serviced' the first two days out of...

'I was very disappointed about this property I have booked with two twin beds and they gave one bed apartment also I booked six months in advance so I should get twin bed apartment My son has to sleep on sofa for 8 nights. '25 minute walk from Bandra/Khar sights and the same time to the International terminal (250 rupees). The staff very friendly and accommodating. Giving assistance and help as and when required. 'I have always enjoyed my stay at Theory9, however, this time there were extremely noisy guests living on the same floor who didn't sleep till 2am, cooked a full meal in the kitchenette, left the dishes unwashed and unusable for the other guests on the floor. The staff saw this but didn't say anything to them. There was one night where they came back to the room at 1:30am and wouldn't talk softly at all. That woke me up and I couldn't fall back asleep. Just a terrible experience overall.'

"I booked this hotel as a surpise for my parents. I also booked the pick up at the airport. Wow they said they had a great experience. The pick up was great! And the checkin made them feel very special. They got a free upgrade and this made their weddinganniversary even more special. The hotel is so clean, outstandig. The Taj palace is not a hotel, its a beyond experience! Breakfast was nice, food at the restaurants very good! I told them that it was a surprise and they got rhem valloons and flowers and chocolat. Wow, did not expect such a fantastic service! We dont have words to describe the beauty, the service and kindness level! Thank you Taj!"
