'Breakfast buffet very good, food changed over well before emptied to keep hot food fresh, spectacular views from both restaurants and our room. All the staff were exceptional and well trained in hospitality. We received a personal message on booking and a birthday surprise in our room. Fern Hill was a great location up high with uninterrupted views and away from busy roads but a short 3 minute drive to town. '

'I rented the Studio apartment on level 8 (top level) and it made for a perfect base for my 5-night stay in Queenstown. It is equipped with all* the "mods and cons" needed for a very comfortable stay - induction cooker, microwave, sink, fridge, dishwasher, aircon, TV, HiFi and spa bath. Our room had the most spectacular view of the mountains and lake—absolutely stunning at any time of day! Waking up to that scenery was a highlight of our trip. The room was modern, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it a great place to relax after exploring Queenstown.
