« No one in shop or office to report issues to, I txt the owner on Friday morning & they didn’t even open it until after we left on Saturday morning. No bathroom lights working, no outside light by hot tub and no covering over it to protect from weather/trees, so it was not used. No heating for night time so the hut was really cold, it was a good job I took extra bedding. »

« I booked on behalf of one of our engineers, who found the cabin to be very dirty with little to no hot water, and infestation of insects and no WIFI as mentioned in the accommodation list. The front door also would not close or lock due to the door being so badly warped, and I had to book alternative accommodation as it was not suitable. "C’est dommage, l’hôtel est beau, la vue est à coupé de souffle et la chambre était grande. Mais les fournitures sont trop vieille, la salle de bain délabré, la chaise d’eau ne fonctionne pas. Les parties communes sont usées, il faut changer les moquettes, il y a des insectes mort partout, dans la chambre et le restaurant, ce nést pas ce qu’on attend d’un hôtel 4 étoiles. Personne a l’accueil quand on est arrivé, on nous envoie au Spa pour l’ascenseur, personne pour nous renseigner. Décevant pour le prix. Par contre le petit déjeuner est merveilleux !"
