« Petit pub tranquille au bord d'une route, au Pays de Galles. La propreté de la chambre laissée à désirer si nous regardions dans les détails et les mugs n'étaient pas propres. Le matin nous avons bu un café offert par le propriétaire, moment sympathique mais encore douteux au niveau de l'hygiène. »

« L’hôte est charmante, attentive à nos moindres besoins. La chambre est absolument fabuleuse, magnifiquement décorée, du thé, des tisanes, du café, bonbons et petit gâteau sans parler des produits de toilette mis à disposition. Une chambre dans laquelle on a envie de passer des heures de lecture dans un des fauteuils très confortables ou à regarder la TV. L’emplacement est très proche du centre ville qui reste accessible très rapidement à pieds. »

« We were attending a gig a Ludlow Castle, most accommodation was booked or expensive at Ludlow for the night of the gig so we chose to stop at Stokestay Hotel because there was a train station close that we could catch there and back. The Stokesay staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and tidy, breakfast was excellent and bar prices good so we would not hesitate to stop there again. »

« What an absolutely beautiful place! We were lucky enough to have stunning mountain views right from our window, and we loved watching all the different birds visiting the feeder outside. The couple who run the place are incredibly welcoming and friendly, which made us feel right at home. The accommodation itself was lovely and spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. We would definitely stay here again! « Very clean, spacious room . Parking is mostly paid just outside the b&b - I think 3 parkings are there so no problem with finding a place. »

« A very well presented and convenient hotel for Hay on Wye and the surrounding areas. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The room itself was comfortable and finished to a high standard. Would be perfect for couples or solo travellers wanting to explore the local area. Will definitely be back. »
