'We booked this hotel because it has an outdoor pool. When we got there, front desk person said pool was open until 9pm. When we went to try to use the pool, gate was locked. We went to check with the front desk and another receptionist said pool is closed and will not open at all during our stay. I would not have booked this hotel had I known pool was closed.'

'Pulling up to this property, we could tell it was going to be pristine as the outside was immaculately kept. The room was as advertised -but SO CLEAN as well. It is rare to stay at a property where the pictures actually portray the room properly... There were no surprises here. 'The hotel has no back up generators, during my stay there was a thunderstorm and the power went out for 8 hours starting at 7:30pm. During a heat wave we had no air conditioning, the fire alarm malfunctioned and was on for 1 hour and a half. I had small children with me, they were terrified!!
