'The motel was an older one that the current owners did not bother to upgrade the rooms. The room & bathroom had damaged walls, stains on the walls and tiles, areas where something on the walls or furniture was either removed or broken but never replaced or repaired. The room phone was not plugged nor worked when I plugged it in to the wall phone jack. I arrived too late to check and find other accommodations. I did not know the area. 'Had to wait in the lobby for 30 minutes for the room because of a “housekeeping incident,” coffee was not ready in the morning, then there was no milk when coffee was ready. Key malfunctioned and could not get into the room at midnight, and despite a res for four people there were two towels. Needs work. '

'I find it hard to believe that a shelf in my room hadn't been cleaned for weeks maybe longer. Not sure I'm ever going to use a Marriott property again.. I said something to the guy at the front desk and nothing but crickets??? He didn't charge me parking fee after spending 2 night only because I asked him for the credit. Very disappointed and I am retired and moving around the country, not staying at the Marriott!!!!'
