'Property is so clean and location is excellent'

'The girl that welcomed us was very sweet and helpful at check in. The room was clean and exactly as advertised. We really enjoyed the unique experience. The free coffee and tea was wonderful. We didn't use the kitchen but it was a very nice set up. The location was the only complaint I have but that has nothing to do with the overall experience of the hotel.'

'Lousiest, thin, cheap pillows. 20th day in Japan and we hardly got any sleep. Sleep is most important thing about a hotel and they fail in that so simple due to pillows like a child might use. No other hotel has had such horrible pillows.'

'Wonderful hotel, giving a relaxing feel inside the city. Very nice traditional Japanese breakfast box. Although a bit away from the main sights, it is conveniently located on some bus lines, so in the end easy to reach all the places we wanted to visit. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We very much enjoyed our stay and would go back when in Kyoto'

'Excellent buffet breakfast. One free drink pppn. On arrival I could not check in, "system error ". I was tijd to come back later"maybe then check in possible ". In the evening live music, creates nice atmosphere. Location close to kyoto station. Next time I would choose a hotel in a busy area like Gion'

'Top'

'We loved the size of the room and the bigger bathroom, also had a washing machine which was very handy. Staff were excellent and location was good.'

(goed gedaan Hotel.com) We komen terug Urban !'

'Prachtige kamer bovenste verdieping upgrade gehad'
