'Carlo and Maria were communicative and helpful from the time we booked our stay. They made sure we were set up with the Venezia passes before we arrived and that we knew the best route from the train station. Carlo met us at the San Samuele stop and walked us to the apartment, then gave us a detailed overview of the area, and a short walking tour of the key things we needed to know about the neighborhood. 'Loved our stay in Venice! Our host was very helpful: allowing early check in with our luggage after long travel day, exceptional directions and easy check in process. The apartment is in a lovely area with lots of charming restaurants. We were a little challenged with the flights of stairs since our rooms were on the top floor. But we were rewarded with lovely views from the balconies. Highly recommend!'

'The apartment is roomy and well equipped. The vaporetto stop and the shopping and dining possibilities of Campo San Giacomo are very close, so it is easy to get to the usual sights but also to enjoy the relative calm of a neighborhood. It is lovely to eat while looking out at the garden (too chilly during our stay to eat outside.'

'Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Venise. Irène nous a réservé un super accueil et donné de bons conseils. Elle est même venu nous chercher au Vaporetto ! L'appartement est extrêmement bien placé au centre mais au calme, à côté de 2 stations de vaporetto et 1 Tragetto. Il est climatisé l'été ce qui est appréciable en Août. Toute la famille (enfants de 7 à 15 ans) a adoré le séjour. Merci, au plaisir de revenir.'

'We enjoyed our stay at the Phoenix. The location was great! The apartment was clean and had everything we needed plus more. Simone's partners for check in were great meeting us on the Theater Piazza at the well. Note: There are many stairs up to this apartment. I suggest to only take what you need up. Luggage storage is offered a few blocks away and at the train station. '

'Sehr netter Empfang, die schöne Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss (nur eine Stufe am Gartentor und eine flache Stufe am Türeingang). Die Wohnung und die Küchenzeile sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Gute Verkehrsanbindung (rollstuhlgerecht) nach Venedig, Mestre und Treviso.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke!'
