'Very quiet '

'Clean! Clean! Clean! Breakfast was ok. Could have a bit more options but the room was clean and had everything we needed. Strongly recommended it. '

'Took me back to visiting my grandparents home. It's just a minute or two walking distance to restaurants, and small stores. The room was comfortable, and clean. Breakfast and coffee was delicious. This is now our place to stay in Bethel.'

'It was quite and friendly. only thing is in my hurry to check out I left my dress over the chair by the desk. It is cream with pink flowers. I left a message with housekeeping with my phone #, and room # 310 on 8/15/2025. I have not heard from anyone. But still I would stay again.'

'We absolutely loved this unique little Inn! The instructions for getting inside and finding the room made us feel like we are on a fun quest. It was a bit challenging to bring heavy suitcases up the stairs so be prepared. I wish breakfast had a few simple options and not just pancakes. '

'This has been our favorite hotel of the Sunday River area. We went in August and they had the pool at probably 94F, easy to walk in and relax for a while. Each night they had a nice diy drink setup with instructions. Each night the outdoor fire place was going - one night was marshmallows to roast.. the other night full on smores. Internet was fast. The room clean and quiet. Beds were spring mattresses which were hard to get used to from home. Front desk guy was very friendly and...

'Our stay at Greenwood Manor was fantastic! Pictures just don’t do it justice. The B and B was beautifully decorated. Our bedroom was spotless. The location was perfect for exploring local attractions. Thank you Jill, Joe and baby Bode for having us. We would def book this place again!'

'Got put into an uncleaned room. Complained and the woman behind the frontdesk didn’t want to do anything about it. Acted like there was no other room in the hotel I could sleep in. Unfriendly and uninterested during both check-in and my complain. '

'Only complaint is parking. I was in town for an event, so the hotel was packed. I had to park in the “back lot” which wasn’t close to the main entrance. Property & room were well worth it.'
