'El hotel es hermoso, el personal es muy amable, ayudan mucho,la playa muy linda, la alberca esta muy bien, lo unico el buffet no es tan bueno, y en general la comida no esta tan rica'

I guess my expectations are high but I thought the mastery of English would be a little better than it was considering it's a tourist town. We had quite a bit of trouble with our safe and also the door key. Response to our complaints was pretty good Now on the positive side. The hotel, rooms and grounds were very clean and the staff was very friendly. The 3 pools were very very nice and I saw them clean them everyday. Only one...

'The room was so interesting and beautiful. But the grounds were the best part, the outside areas were serene and well landscaped. My friend and I enjoyed sitting out or enjoying a hammock by the river often. I also enjoyed that there was a small row boat that I could row over to the beach area. We had our first dinner there and it was the most delicious meal of our 14 day trip (the volcano one).'
