'I was disappointed with my stay as the hotel didn't deliver on its online premises. Since apparently it was a low season, I was the only guest in the hotel for 3 days. The property area is noisy, dirty and full of stray dogs, bikes and local youngsters that came every morning and every evening to the stepwell to bath, not to mention the loud and continuous singing of the open air mosque that situated right on top of the stepwell... Breakfast and lunch weren't available at the hotel as...

'The staffs were really helpful'

'Room was big and comfortable and modern. The hotel is clean overall but the restaurant has a limited vegetarian menu and items listed on menu may not be available. The hotel staff are polite but could be more informed about what’s around the hotel and transportation options for guests, restaurants in the area etc. '

'The hotel is nice and comfortable, and the staff is helpful and courteous; however, the pool needs maintenance and a good cleaning—it's a shame there's been this neglect.'

'Everything was great, very heritage vibes , boutique property in centre of city Staff was very helpful'

'Good clean rooms. Nice homely food. '

'Geen warm water in de douche'

'The room was large, clean, and very aesthetically pleasing. We got the top room 108 for a family of 4. It’s hard to find accommodation large enough but this was really nice. Kids on mattresses on floor. The manager owns 3 hotels and had everything running smoothly. Shower hot, soap and shampoo supplied. Brilliant chefs who run everything. I loved my chai and our meals. They even cooked me a requested dinner at breakfast time as I’m GF. Very nice place. Balcony on room. Great views from...

'Chambre très ordinaire bien situé mais assez difficile à trouver Proche du fort mais sans plus.Demander un cafe a 8 heures am et me répondre qu’il est trop tôt .Sure que l’ont trouve mieux ailleurs pour le même prix'

'Good: the staff is great service oriented. Breakfast was also good with enough items to select from. I do not understand how this is 5 star hotel and heritage. 1. Room smelled 2. Humid 3. Aged floor 4. Light bulbs not working in bathroom 5. No wash cloth in bathroom 6. Towels were little yellowed 7. They give you lock and key which does not make it heritage. 8. All rooms window faces hallways so if you keep drapes open then all those passes bu to get to their room will look in your room....

'The hotel smelled stale when I arrived. (This resolved in a few hours or I got used to the smell). One of the front desk people smelled like he had not showered in days. The elevators were small, cramped and very old. My one compliment is that the pool looked nice and the lobby was lovely. The servers at the restaurant were not attentive. They just chatted with each other. If I wanted a drink, I had to physically get up out of my chair to get them to come over. I thought maybe it was an...

'It need some repairs but it was ok'

'Hôtel très bien, mais un peu bruyant en matinée….'

'Overpriced rooms. Breakfast 3x expensive than other hotels we stayed in. '
