« Nice place to stay at. Good for family »

« Beautiful hotel with spacious and confortable rooms. Personnel is also very friendly. There is only 2 dowsides: the restaurant had almost nothing available (wrt menu) and the hotel is little bit far from city center (20 min by walk). Bit overall I recommand this hotel. »

« Areas first improvement are:- 1. Inadequate staffing 2. Waiters not attentive or happy 3. Insufficient signs around resort . No area maps at all 4. No taxis available ( outbound) from the resort 5. Bathroom not too clean. 6. Limited dining options 7. Buildings not cost of fresh paint. Otherwise excellent location. Just needs good management »

« The hotel was beautiful, an old colonial atmosphere in a very comfortable setting, with great views of Kalimpong. Staff were very attentive and the Indian food in the restaurant was excellent. This was our second visit to the hotel, which we fully recommend and look forward to returning for future trips. »

« Good property to stay at very good location. Staffs are polite and helpful. Only problem I faced while checking out that they could not find my payment which already made during booking the room on hotels.com.There must have some communication gap between hotel and hotel.com causing unnecessary delay in checking out. »

« The hotel gave us the room we didn't book for. The reservation manager took our money for deposit but returned only half because he spent it. If we would have got the room that we booked for it would have been nice ig. The hotel location is good. »
