'Excellent customer service by manager Kamal at front desk, amazing hotel'

'Thank you for a wonderful stay arrangements'

'It was good overall'

'Sinclares Resort is such a gem! The entire property is meticulously maintained and nicely decorated with beautiful landscaping. The premium room is spacious and bedding is clean and comfortable. They provide you with a heater during winter time so the room is plenty warm. The best part is the hot shower which is so much better compared to other equally expensive hotels we stayed across India. You can take a really comfortable shower without worrying about the hot water running out in the middle...

'Clean rooms and spacious. Staffs are amicable. Breakfast was good. Little bit noisy if you are an early sleeper. Other than that it was a great experience.'

'Everything ok except that there was no gym.'

'You get what you pay for and this hotel could be a 3-star but because of no staff in charge of presentation of the property, it hovers between 1 & 2 star level. It looks like absentee owners, who do no oversight of the hotel, but just use it as an investment money-earner. Pros: * Wifi works very well. 'The room was clean. However, the toilet was not up to the mark. Water was leaking from wash basin and made the floor slippery and wet. Water from bath area had no guided outlet. Sterling Park management must renovate the toilet fully and ensure that these problems are totally taken care of.'

'Rooms were clean, staffs were amazing and great location.'

'The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean'

'Overall good'

'Room was clean, Staffs were also very friendly '

'Nice room in a lovely, quiet location. The restaurant was excellent, offering cooked-to-order food. '

'Never plan to this hotel'

'Property was nice but the staff looked a bit confused. They were not able to provide all the required services. Overall experience was good but not great which is expected from a 5 star resort. Otherwise the property feels good.'

'I enjoyed staying at the Mount Amara, but there were a few difficulties – the hotel is very quiet because it is about 300 m away from the main road, and overlooks an open field. It was good being away from the hustle and Brussel. The main problem was that I had booked a room which had two double beds, because I was travelling with a young friend. When I got there there was only one bed in the room. I race this with the front desk, but as my friend was not arriving until the next day, I...
