"In het algemeen een prima hotel. Wel erg duur voor wat je krijgt. Het eten in het restaurant is ook goed maar ook dat is erg duur. De kamer was mooi maar kon echt wel wat schoner, helaas een algeheel probleem in India. "

This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. As a guest, I expect my reservation to be honored, especially when it was confirmed well in advance. The staff showed no genuine concern or effort to resolve the situation, leaving me feeling disregarded and frustrated. This incident reflects poorly on the hotel’s management and integrity. I would strongly advise against staying here if you value reliable and respectful service. Avoid this place at all costs. "
