'Incredibly attentive, kind staff with a very strict no tip policy. Our room was large, with a lovely balcony overlooking the lagoon. The food was good, but the best food is in the Rio restaurant overlooking the ocean. Our second night there, they had a themed meal and show by the staff which was really fun.
