« Front desk staff was really welcoming and very helpful. We appreciate that our room was upgraded due to some problems, however in the bathroom the ceiling was leaking and yellow water was dripping to the toilet seat. The shower pressure was weak. Overall we enjoyed our stay because of the friendly staff! The view was amazing from our window and the swimming pool was great. »

« The pool and restaurant staff are great and the food is top notch...the rooms are gross...huge dust bunnys...black stains on the walls...no hot water because the vent fan doesn't work...looks great on the outside but nasty nasty nasty on the inside...I would recommend to avoid this place at all costs. »

I experienced serious communication problems with the listing agent, as he residing in the US , he never told me, the local staff had the same problem to reach him so we could not get in.
