'The property has a very green theme which was good to experience, very modern and constructed with thought for the environment. All keys were electronic which meant you needed your phone and roaming though (a downside as only one of us had roaming) good because meant you didn’t have a key to lose. Room temperature would have been good to go a couple of degrees lower, given the heatwave, but overall we really liked the hotel. The staff we saw were very friendly. The location is excellent, right...

'The staff was very kind and helpfull. The breakfast was average with every day the same. Any hot items like eggs, extra to pay. Finally a Formula1 standard. Bed reminden me at the army times, so below the modern standard. This is maximum a 7 rating.'

'Apart from the reception staff and the cleaners, the service was very disappointing. Many employees seemed unfriendly and uninterested, especially at the bar and during breakfast. If you don’t speak Italian, it is also difficult to get assistance in English. I felt unwelcome and even discriminated against during breakfast. Overall, the hotel seems mainly geared towards seniors, and I would not recommend it to young people or those travelling with friends.'
