« This was a great place for us to stay with our dog while visiting family nearby. Very clean and it had everything we needed! It was nice having a private patio to sit outside. »

« The location was great and the management company was extremely easy to work with. The unit does need some updates. The kitchen table and chairs were not comfortable and the carpet were pretty worn. The space was fine for 2 people and the kitchen was well equipped (except may need to get some more forks). »

« The condition of the property upon our arrival was unacceptable, unsanitary, and did not match the expectations set by the listing. Our group of six arrived at the property, unloaded our belongings, and began walking through the home. We understood from the host that any concerns needed to be reported within the first hour of arrival, so we immediately inspected the property.Within minutes, we discovered numerous serious issues, including:* One of the advertised beds was not a mattress at all,...

« Bed was comfy with nice sheets. Loved that they had shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash even though we brought our own. Also had soap for laundry and dishes...and extra trash bags. I have been places where you had to get all your own supplies. »

« Very cozy, clean and secluded place to stay for the week. We sat on the dock by the lake each evening and enjoyed all of the nature. Great find! »

« Nice, small great value place short walk to downtown couldn’t be happier with my choice »

« The house was very clean and tidy. The check-in was seamless. We attended our son’s wedding in a nearby town. It was nice to venture out to some local establishments before leaving. It was really nice to be able drink our coffee in the morning watching the wildlife outside the patio window (chipmunks playing & a small deer grazing in early mornings). The area was quiet and relaxing. This location was perfect for privacy/seclusion. We were extremely happy and hope to return someday. »

« We were there just as overnight guests. We attended a wedding nearby so ot worked out perfect. »

« This is a perfect spot if you plan to drop your stuff and go explore Grand Rapids all day and just come back to the house to sleep. The listing says two bathrooms but there is only one bathroom. The air conditioner in the large bedroom didn’t work and the ceiling fan was very wobbly and loud, so it did get pretty hot at night in July. One bedroom has a king and queen bed and the other bedroom has a queen bed. It is a great neighborhood, about a 15 min. walk to all the great shopping and...

« Very clean and uncluttered space. »

« Host was quick to contact and easy parking. Will stay here again. Great price for the area! »

« The house was very nice and well maintained. »

« This small studio has a fun, industrial, and newly renovated vibe. We loved the record player and selection of LPs from the 70s and 80s. It was spotlessly clean and quiet. It's near two parking garages, one of which has an EV charger. The location is fairly central to key Grand Rapids museums and events, within walking or a short driving distance. It is located in the basement, with a large window looking out at a locked exterior stairwell, but the light is good, and there is a darkening shade....

« Great location and easy to use! »
