'Room air conditioning unit not working, called front desk, maintenance person immediately showed up , Ended up having to move to another room, requested help with moving and maintenance person assisted. Rooms are smaller than most hotels but workable with family. Beds were comfortable and the location was the best as we were close to many venues and events in Santa Clara. Staff was always helpful. There was an incident Sunday, June &, early in the morning. Upon checking out I asked the desk...

'Overall not the greatest but somewhat good for an affordable one night stay. Wasn't our first choice since everywhere was booked for the world cup. The surrounding community felt sketchy. Room temperature was never consistent. It was either too cold or too hot. Bathroom was a sliding door that had an open hole so privacy is not good but ok for couples. I give 10 out 10 for staff friendliness. Get to breakfast early starting 6am. Do not go past 8am when everyone is there. People have no manners....

'Good for one or two night; one light switch to power all the lights and power outlets, so charging don’t work when you out the lights out. Close to the boardwalk and restaurants. Private parking, clean room, noisy bed. All good for this price.'

'Safe clean room. Lots of families with children could be seen. My kids made friends at the pool. Went for the World Cup at Levi Stadium. Perfect location for ride share service to take you to game. Seen lots of people walking from hotel to nearby restaurants, Walmart, and Levi Stadium. If you are looking for luxury this isn’t the place for you. If you are looking for your family to be safe and get a good nights sleep, then you have found your next stay.'
