« Excellent hôtel perfectly located in San Jose downtown. Very warm welcome and a high level of service and support . All was perfect and excellent »

« This hotel unit doesn't have customer freely choice to park. Only via valet which charges $25 fee. It's bit troublesome to get get in and out with the car. »

« Very kind staff. Strong fragrance throughout hotel. carpets in hallway covered in towels and toilet ran all night with a loud screeching sound over and over. Standalone AC or heating unit in room had a drain into a large plastic milk jug. Overall it’s an older hotel with charm but some of these things did not create a good impression. We got to our room late and when we noticed the issues we were too tired to ask to be moved so I did not repot these concerns. »

« Bel hôtel, propre, lit correct. Pas de cafetière, bouilloire mais le monsieur à la réception nous a donné de l’eau bouillante pour se faire dés thés. Très gentil à la réception. »

« The room was clean, roomy and comfortable. The breakfast while not included was really great with both a buffet and à la carte options. The parking is not free but convenient. Staff was helpful and friendly »
