'I’m not sure if it’s because it’s a holiday, but the room we stayed in was not cleaned properly. There were stains on the sink table, tables and other surfaces. The garbage bins didn’t have plastic bags, and as soon as we entered the room, it smelled terrible! I didn’t sleep well because of the smell, which reminded me of a smoking room. I’m sorry to say, but if we ever come back, we will never book here again.'

'We had an excellent stay! The hotel staff was amazing and the pool and hot tub were super clean and we loved using them!!!'

'I did not eat breakfast at the hotel however my daughter and granddaughter thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast. They said they were very tasty and of nice proportions in particular the breakfast sandwiches. My son in-law took advantage of the gym and remarked about how well the equipment was and how clean it was overall. My grandson just entered Stanford so I will probably come to the Hilton in future visits.'

'Our room seemed clean, however whoever stayed in the room before us left their undergarments for us to find. The lobby was nice, but the pool and hot tub were small. There were only 4 lounge chairs and 1 dining table by the pool, so we had to wait until someone moved to set our things down. On checkout day, leaving the parking garage, we noticed 2 vehicles broken into. Don’t leave valuables in your car!'
